This week on Rural MN Radio, Jim and Marnie talk about her opportunity to be on a panel discussing some of the infrastructure issues in Greater Minnesota. The U of M’s Humphrey School of Public Policy hosted the panel to give its executive degree students a chance to ask questions about that financial conundrum of most rural communities, wastewater infrastructure. In the process, they learned it’s all about economies of scale.
