It’s pretty much acknowledged these days that the world runs on broadband, but at this week’s Border to Border Broadband Conference sponsored by the Blandin Foundation, surprisingly, we’re still hearing some of the same discussions community leaders were talking about 15 years ago: getting adequate broadband to communities and helping people understand why they need broadband.
